3 fronts of R/C and floor. Finishes under the budgeted amount but somewhat at the customer's discretion.
ROOF
• Roofing, gutters, rufage and down pipes in zinc plate n. 12 “Natural Titanium” with stapled joint
Locksmiths
• Exterior gates and infrastructure meters – brushed stainless steel;
• Thermo-lacquered aluminum frame with thermal break, with glass application
double “4 stations”, including the respective seals.
FLOORS
• Dry zones - class C5 floating laminate flooring (to be defined);
• Wet areas - ceramic tiled floor (to be defined);
• Interior stairs – lined with solid beech wood;
CARPENTRY
• Interior doors, trims, frames, skirting boards, built-in cabinets, will be in MDF, semi-finished with painting (lacquering) in a color to be defined;
• Good quality hardware will be applied (to be defined);
OTHERS
• Pre-installation of air conditioning;
• Water heating through solar panels (300L) and heat pump;
• Installation of fireplace / stove – to be defined;
• Efapel's electrical installation – series to be defined, with availability for self-charging;
• Sanindusa sanitary parts and faucets - series to be defined;
• Kitchen with appliances – to be defined;
